Come join me this Fall for some gentle flow style yoga. Excellent way to start your Tuesday mornings or take some time for yourself mid week on Wednesday evenings. Great for a beginner and intermediate yoga practice. All classes are in the Hart. Drop ins also welcome!
Tuesday morning class is from 6am to 6:55am and runs from Sept 13 to Nov 1
8 weeks – $105
Wednesday evening class is from 6:15pm to 7:15pm and runs from Sept 7 to Oct 26
8 weeks – $105
You can purchase a 5 class pass for $70 and drop-ins are $15

Please note that if there is enough interest for an easier senior’s version of yoga with softer movements and use of supports then we may be able to add another class.
