SUMMARY:Exploring Yoga Therapy
DESCRIPTION:The Exploring Yoga Therapy class is a 6wk exploration of Yoga Therapy principles. This class is for anyone curious about Yoga therapy who is ready to make sustainable change for themselves. Yoga therapy has helped reduce or eradicate pain\, relieve body tension and stress\, assist in managing depression and anxiety and help clients move and live more strongly and easily in life. Through breath\, stillness\, and movement\, clients will learn how to truly connect with their own nervous system and understand what their body is whispering. \nThe class will be capped at 6 people to ensure clients receive the care and support they need throughout the sessions. \nThis class is guided by Lisa Neukomm.  Please contact her at 778-281-0694 for more information or to register.
